Stevenson's (of Spath, Uttoxeter) acquisition of former Northern General 2099/3083 (RCN 699) in 1980 caused a great deal of interest.  Seen here at Sandtoft a couple of years later in 1982, of note are the DMS-style trafficators and the Leyland badge beneath the front indicator.  Sold on to Stagecoach in 1986 and re-registered EDS 508B.  Acquired by the GoAhead Northern Bus Enthusiasts Association in 1991 and registered PCN 762.
